Terms and Conditions

1.     Owners will ensure their dog has up to date vaccinations, flea and worming                      treatments and Insurance.

2.     Owners are to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic's, which your dog          might have to cause any harm or antisocial problems during their stay with                    Woody's Walkies.   

3.      Owners will supply correct collars, harness,muzzels, and leads for their dog.  All dogs         are required to understand basic commands and have good recall demands.

4.      Woody's Walkies contract, must be fully completed and any failure to disclose                   relevant information will cause a breach of contract.

5.      All efforts will be made to contact the owner in the event of an emergency or                accident: or a 3rd party if owners do not respond.

6.     Access will be given to Woody's Walkies to ensure collection of dogs from the agreed     address, and  are provided with  a key.(Your keys will be kept in  safe custody). 

7.     All food required for home visits, overnight stays must be provided by the owner.           All meals  provided by the owner, must be given an hour before a booked walk                with Woody's Walkies,  to avoid twisted gut (bloat).

8.     Owners are responsible for payment of any veterinary fees, and must accept full             liability    for any accidents, loss or damage caused by your dog whilst in the care of       Woody's Walkies  unless in the   unlikley event of negligence by Woody's Walkies. 

9.      Cancellation: Full rates will be charged, unless  24 hours notice is given.

10.      Payment of service: Fees are to be paid at time of walks or overnight stays, unless          other arrangements have been agreed by both parties.  I agrre to reimburse Woody's

11.      Walkies for any additional fees for providingemergency care, as well as any expences      incurred related to you pet.

12.      Woody's Walkies will not let any dog off his/her lead unless express consent from          owners.

13.      Woody's Walkies is not responsible for any damage incurred by pet escaping because      of faulty leash/colar thais not fitted properly.

14.      This agreement is valid for all future visits untill a new contract is signed. Wood'ys           Walkies reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any given time, at its              sole discretion, likewise, the client may terminate this agreement at any time.

15.      Woody's Walkies agrees to love and care for your pet, while in my care.
